Ao alumnado de 3º EP a 4º ESO, participante no Programa Fondo Libros 2019-2020, recomendámoslles que non merquen os libros de texto de momento, xa que é posible que dispoñamos de libros suficientes.
No inicio do curso teremos a listaxe de asignación definitiva.

English Interview with Teacher Anuska
4º E.P.

Susana: Good morning, today we are talking with Anuska.
Celia: Teacher Anuska works in Bayon School.
Juan: She is very good at English.
Alberto: She is a secondary teacher.
Susana: Anuska´s mom and dad founded Bayon School.

Celia: What was your favourite subject?
Teacher Anuska: My favourite subject is English.

Juan: Who was your favourite teacher?
Teacher Anuska: My favourite teacher? I had a lot, for example Doña Loliña Millares, Doña Lola, Don Carlos, Don Ramon.

Alberto: Did you like P.E.?
Teacher Anuska: Yes, yes I did. But I´m not very good at sports.

Susana: Were you good at Music?
Teacher Anuska: A little bit. Yes, I liked Music.

Celia: Did you like Spanish class?
Teacher Anuska: Yes, I did. I liked Spanish and Literature a lot.

Juan: Did you go on trips?
Teacher Anuska: Yes, a lot. I travel a lot with the students at Bayon School. London, Malta, Sort and so on.

Alberto: Thank you very much Anuska.
Teacher Anuska: You´re welcome, you are very nice students.


English Interview with Teacher Barbara
4º E.P.

Brais: Good morning, today we are talking with Barbara.
Dina: She is the teacher of the children of the second course of primary.
Iria: She likes singing and playing with children.
Manuel: She likes to teach English.

Brais: Who was your favourite teacher?
Teacher Barbara: My favourite teacher was my third primary course teacher.

Dina: Did you like school?
Teacher Barbara: Yes, I liked school.

Iria: What was your favourite subject?
Teacher Barbara: My favourite subject was English.

Manuel: Where you good at English?
Teacher Barbara: I think so.

Brais: What was playtime like?
Teacher Barbara: I liked to play hide and seek.

Iria: Was there a Sports Day?
Teacher Barbara: I never liked sports very much, no.

Dina: What time was recess?
Teacher Barbara: I don´t remember, I think playtime was at 11am.

Manuel: Did you like the English teacher?
Teacher Barbara: Yes!

English Interview with Teacher Inés
4º E.P.

Ebony: Good afternoon, today we are talking with Inés. She is an English teacher.
Ana: She is from Canada. She is beautiful. She likes earrings and draws very good.

Esther: What school did you go to?
Teacher Inés: I went to a school called St.James, in Canada.

Brais: Who was your favourite teacher?
Teacher Inés: My favourite teacher was in grade 6, and her name was Mrs. McNee.

Ana: Were you good at school?
Teacher Inés: I was good at school, I was okay at school.

Ebony: What was your favourite subject?
Teacher Inés: My favourite subjects were Social Studies, where we studied Ancient History. And I liked Art and some Geography.

Esther: Were you good at P.E.?
Teacher Inés: Not so much, I´m not an athlete. I don´t like sports that much. But I´m fast! I don´t like basketball or (American) football.

Brais: What did you play in the playground?
Teacher Inés: In the playground we played tag.  Where you run and ´tag´ you´re it and you run after each other. And we played lots of games with different balls. And in the winter we played with snow and made snowmen and threw snow at each other.

Diego: Good morning, today we are talking with Teacher Montse.

Teacher Montse: Hello.
Raquel: She is the teacher of History. She likes reading books.
Noa: She likes swimming.
Diana: Her favourite colour is yellow.

Noa: What was your favourite subject?
Teacher Montse: My favourite subject.. now a days? Or when I was in 4th grade? When I was in 4th like you, my favourite subject was Mathematics, Languages and History.

Noa: Who was your favourite teacher?
Teacher Montse: My favourite teacher when I was in 4th was Teacher Gene.

Raquel: What was your favourite colour?
Teacher Montse: My favourite colour was yellow.

Raquel: Were you good at P.E.?
Teacher Montse: Dancing was my favourite activity.  I danced since I was 10 years old until I was a woman.

Diana: Were you good at History?
Teacher Montse: Yes, I was good at History, I teach History.

Diana: Were you good at Maths?
Teacher Montse: Yes, I was very good at Maths.

Diego: Were you good at English?
Teacher Montse: Yes, I liked very much English.

Diego: Were you good at French language?
Teacher Montse: Not so good but a little good, yes.

Aday: She teaches French on Thursday in the afternoon.

Teacher Pili: Yes, I think so.

Pablo: Were you good at French?
Teacher Pili: I was good yes, at French

Aday: Did you like school?
Teacher Pili: Yes.

Gabriel: How many years are you a teacher?
Teacher Pili: I´ve been a teacher from the last 20 years.

Natalia: Did you like P.E.?
Teacher Pili: P.E.? I loved it.

Emma: Did you like grade 4?
Teacher Pili: Grade 4, do you mean this year? Or when I was a child?
Yes, I don´t remember sorry. I think so.

Pablo: What games did you play in the playground?
Teacher Pili:
What games? I usually played basketball, handball, volleyball.

Gabriel: Did you like Drama class?
Teacher Pili:
Drama class? I didn’t do.

Alvaro: Today we are talking with Teacher Vane.
Alberto: She works in Bayon School. She teaches in 1st course of Primary.
Nuria: She plays with the children in the playground.

Nuria: Were you good at school?
Teacher Vane: Yes, I love it. I loved school.

Alberto: What was your favourite subject?
Teacher Vane: My favourite subject was Galician language.

Alberto: Were you good at Science?
Teacher Vane: Yes, I liked Science because I loved animals, plants, Ecology.

Alvaro: Who was your favourite teacher?
Teacher Vane: My favourite teacher was Sor Otilia. She was my teacher in 5 years old and she was fantastic.

Alvaro: What about school lunches?
Teacher Vane: School lunches were like this, in my school lunches were vegetables, fish, meat, rice. I liked this.

Alvaro: Were you good at History?
Teacher Vane: Yes, I liked History. Egyptian history and the Stone Age but I didn´t like modern History.

Nuria: Were you good at Maths?
Teacher Vane: Yes, I liked Maths when I was like you, younger, but when I have 14 or 15 years old I didn´t like Maths because it was very difficult for me.

Nuria: Was there a Sports Day?
Teacher Vane: Yes, everyday I play volleyball. I love volleyball in my school.

Taller de poesía

Os alumnos de 4º fixemos un taller de poesía na clase de lingua castelá. Primeiro coñecemos distintas poesías e poetas. Escoitamos as nosas cancións favoritas. Como última actividade convertémonos en poetas, e que mellor que adicarlle as nosas poesías a nosas nais…..

Esperamos que vos gusten, nos pasámolo moi ben escribíndoas e recitándoas.

Ensalada Bayonista

Xa temos leitugas na nosa Hortiña Sombría, e non podemos evitar probalas,teñen tan boa pinta!!!!

Como empezamos a ter bo tempo, ocorréusenos facer unha ensalada tropical, acompañando a nosa variada selección de leitugas da Hortiña do Bayón (rizada, roble, lisa) con millo, olivas, froitos secos e refrescantes froitas de tempada (sandía, mazá, amorodos, melón...). Aproveitamos para facer un repaso da pirámide dos alimentos e darnos conta do divertido e rico que pode ser elaborar un prato saudable, repleto de vitaminas, que nos proporcionan vitalidade para nos manteñen sans.

Realizamos un vídeo para que vexades o xeitosos que somos cociñando, esperamos que vos guste tanto coma a nós!!!!!

“Actividades deportivas: torneos inclusivos”

O xoves 2 de maio, disfrutamos dunha mañá de deporte cun grupo de membros da Asociación Ambar: Mª Carmen, Javi, Domingo, Jesús, Gonzalo, Dani, Manuel, Héctor xunto cos seus monitores Pablo e Laura chegaron dispostos a compartir con nós unha xornada de xogos, alegría e bo humor. Resultaron incansables adaptándose a todo tipo de idades, xa que aínda que a actividade era para os alumnos e alumnas de 5º e 6º de E.P, o resto dos nosos nenos e nenas uníronse ao bo ambiente que había, chegando a  mesturarse os equipos de xogadores de todas as idades.

Unha loucura, pero pasámolo tan ben!!!!

Ademais de interesantes e divertidos partidos de fútbol sala e baloncesto, tivemos tempo para descansar e recuperar forzas cunha merenda saudable, momento que tamén aproveitamos para coñecernos e compartir diferentes experiencias e anécdotas. A actividade rematou coa firme promesa de ir a visitalos a súa asociación para ensinarnos todo o que alí fan e botar algún que outro partidiño máis.

Esta actividade é unha desas actividades que che deixan con moi bo sabor de boca, coa que estamos completamente seguros de que o traballo mereceu a pena e que tanto o que recibiron como transmitiron os nosos rapaces e rapazas é froito das aprendizaxes e experiencias do día a día.

Convocatoria do fondo solidario de libros de texto e axudas para libros de texto e material escolar para o alumnado de primaria, ESO e educación especial para o curso escolar 2018/2019.
Xúntase a Orde do 9 de maio de 2018 pola que se regula a participación no fondo solidario de libros de texto e se convocan axudas para adquirir libros de texto e material escolar destinadas ao alumnado matriculado en educación primaria, educación secundaria obrigatoria e educación especial en centros docentes sostidos con fondos públicos, para o curso escolar 2018/19.

BAYON’S CANTEEN

Os nenos e nenas de 2º de Educación Primaria fixemos un menú nas clases de Inglés.
Os menús contaban con “Starters, Main courses, Desserts and drinks”.
Despois grabamos uns videos simulando un restaurante, A cantina do Bayón. Que chulo nos quedou! E que ben o pasamos!

DÍA MUNDIAL DO SÍNDROME DE DOWN

Como nos gusta no cole Bayón coñecer diferentes formas de comunicación !!!

Nesta ocasión, practicamos a Linguaxe de Signos (L.S.E.), coa cal os nosos alumnos e alumnas están familiarizados, empregándoa habitualmente como axuda para estudar o abecedario ou os números, para relaxarnos e comunicarnos sen facer ruído, para saudarnos dunha forma especial, para xogar a deletrear palabras e, incluso, para contar un conto.  Si, tamén nos encantan os contos en Linguaxe de Signos,  por iso recibimos con moito entusiasmo a visita duns contacontos moi especiais, dous membros da Asociación Ambar de Ribeira, que nos contaron como os alumnos e alumnas do Colexio Bayón salvaron unha árbore durante un día de excursión. A historia encantounos e permitiunos aprender  novo vocabulario  en linguaxe de signos, ademais de darnos conta de que prestando atención e mantendo a mente aberta podémonos comunicar sen facer uso da linguaxe oral.

 Desta forma demos por finalizada a  celebración do “Día Mundial do Síndrome de Down”, tema que tratamos nas aulas por medio de charlas, visionado de curtametraxes, películas, lectura de contos ou artigos de prensa. Ademais, os nosos peques de Infantil e de Primaria, debuxaron corazóns e lazos azuis e amarelos para adornar o cole e recordar sempre que...

“todos e todas somos iguais, porque somos diferentes”.


Profe por un día

As nenas e os nenos de 1º de Primaria son tan maduros e responsables, que durante esta avaliación foron eles os mestres e mestras. Viviron nas súas propias carnes a experiencia de ensinarlles un tema aos seus compañeiras e compañeiros, foron: profes por un día!

Escolleron un tema, preparárono na casa, coa axuda das súas familias e foron os mestres e mestras ese día.

Elixiron temas de Ciencias Naturais, como: as nosas mascotas, animais da aldea, animais salvaxes, animais do océano, tiburóns, a metamorfose das bolboretas, os dentes e a boca, os pulmóns...

Tamén escolleron temas de Sociais, como: as bandeiras do mundo, o noso Concello, o Parque Natural e Lagoa de Vixán, os dinosaurios, Panxea (o supercontinente), a pesca, aparellos e especies, primeiros auxilios...

E temas variopintos, como a gastronomía doutros lugares: preparación do cuscús de Marrocos, fenómenos meteorolóxicos: o arco da vella, ídolos dos libros e da tele: Harry Potter, deportes marítimos: regatas de veleiros, electrodomésticos: a roomba...

Todos eles temas interesantes e emocionantes. Aprenderon a utilizar a pantalla dixital, realizaron murais e actividades plásticas, trouxeron obxectos e fotos das súas casas... prepararon as súas leccións a conciencia, como se de estudantes universitarios se tratara.

Serán grandes mestres e mestras algún día!
